FIRST STEPS:  (Setting Up Your Team)

  1.  FIND YOUR REALTOR AND SIGN THEM UP TO BE ON YOUR TEAM –  Ask them to set you up on a reliable MLS Auto Prospecting Program, that will keep you informed of any new activity on listings in the areas that you may have an interest.  Let them know you are serious by signing a “Buyer Broker Agreement”  which outness the responsibilities of the Buyer and Realtor.
  2.  FIND A LENDER AND SIGN THEM TO BE ON YOUR TEAM –  Provide your lender with the information which is required for them to complete a PRE-APPROVAL  for you, and provide a copy to your Realtor.
